The Refferq model is seeded with both programs, owner/root affiliates, package ladder, commission rules, tracking/click events, and live Stripe/crypto checkout handoff. Existing Refearn checkout/payment rails stay active underneath until operator approves final hard cutover.

Refferq is now the inspection/control layer. Checkout APIs still preserve existing Stripe/BTCPay/FixedFloat wiring and commission-compatible product IDs so payments do not break.
